1. Order Processing
All orders placed on the Lumiere Cosmetic website are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and shipping details.
Please Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lumiere Cosmetic is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Package Not Received
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:
1.Check your tracking information to confirm delivery status
2.Wait an additional 2-3 business days (carriers sometimes update tracking information with a delay)

We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your package arrives damaged or contains defective products:
1.Document the damage with clear photos of the package and product

3.Include your order number, tracking number, and photos

10. Change of Address or Shipping Address
Orders cannot be rerouted or have their shipping address changed after they have been processed and shipped. If you need to change your address before your order ships:
